One side of China? [9]

Personally, I’d have made this even trickier by phrasing this as “China side?” so as to maintain the ambiguity of whether we’re talking about the country or the dinnerware, but in either case, we’re talking about food, specifically a side commonly associated with Chinese food: WHITE RICE.
